Train The trainer Workshop: Delivering Great Training

Training is one of the best strategies a company has to develop and retain employees.

And good training does just that. This workshop helps you develop the people who create and deliver training so that they get the results you need, and the results the organization expects.

In this workshop, participants learn about great training while experiencing great training. Our trainers are high-energy and love what they are doing. They work with participants to create that same enthusiasm in their own training styles. And we give them a foundation for understanding the adult learner, so they know why some things work and others don't. They get lots of tools and templates for applying what they learn, which means they can put their learning into practice immediately.

Participants also have at least 4 opportunities to practice delivering a training session. Each practice is videotaped and they hear detailed feedback about what worked and what can be improved. They leave the workshop with a tool box of ideas, templates, and techniques for delivering great training for your organization.
