instructional designers. Teleclasses are live, telephone-based classes that connect you to a new way of learning. They have been used since the early 1990's for professional training and are rapidly becoming a popular way for people to connect to training, workshops and courses.

She writes The Source, RTT's monthly newsletter, and is the primary course designer and developer for the company.
