Our Approach:

Diagnose: We begin by learning about the team, its history, purpose, goals, strengths and weaknesses. We work with the team sponsor to define realistic goals for team development.

Design: We design a unique team development plan based on the goals defined in our diagnosis. Since each team is different, the team building approach must be unique.

Facilitate: We facilitate one or many sessions with the team to accomplish the goals and implement the design. We may work with a team for a short, one-day retreat, or spend several months with them developing new ways to work together.

Evaluate: We measure the effectiveness of team development against the goals defined during diagnosis.
