360 Degree Surveys
360-Degree feedback is a tool to provide individuals
with input about their work performance from different perspectives: Manager, peer, direct report, and self.
Respondents rate the individual using a "forced ranking," in which they must rate a certain number of items at the highest end and at the lowest end of the scale. This approach provides the individual with relative information about their strengths and weaknesses and often makes the respondents more comfortable identifying weak areas. The survey also provides participants with an understanding of the relative importance of each skill to the current job. Respondents are instructed to identify the ten most important behaviors to successful job performance. Survey feedback includes a development planning tool for analyzing feedback and creating action plans. Personal coaching is an optional service offered with 360-degree feedback.

Project Manager Survey:
This survey provides project managers with feedback about how they perform in these categories of behaviors:

Delegation Practices Survey:
This survey provides managers and supervisors with feedback about how they delegate. The behaviors are grouped into six categories:
- Strategy: Determining when, what, and to whom to delegate.
- Delegation Set-Up: Explaining the task to the delegate.
- Empowering for Success: Giving responsibility and accountability to allow the delegate to succeed.
- Tracking and Guiding: Maintaining communication about the task and redirecting as needed.
- Supporting and Responsiveness: Being available to remove barriers to successful task completion.
- Debriefing: Analyzing the results with the delegate after task completion.
Independent Contributor Survey:
This survey provides independent contributors with feedback about behaviors important to success on the job. These behaviors are grouped into six categories:

Supervisor Survey:
